The Shiraz grapes used in this wine were carefully hand-picked and fermented in the traditional style of southern France, the birthplace of Shiraz. To preserve the rich flavours of the Hunter Valley, the wine was bottled without any preservatives or clarifying agents, and may contain natural sediment. It was also made without any added sulphites.
