Hearts of Palm is a versatile product that can be used in many different dishes, throughout many different cultures. Hearts of Palm adds some texture to Asian stir frys, it can be chopped and fried with onions to be eaten with tacos, blended with other ingredients to make dips, lightly sautéed and tossed with pasta, marinated with dressing before being added to a fresh salad or used in fruit desserts to add an unusual flavour and texture.
