Rufus-Rubbed BBQ Chicken

  1. Rinse and pat dry your chicken. Cover chicken in olive oil and sprinkle thoroughly with Chick N’ Rub. Place in a ziplock bag and allow to marinate for a while in the fridge, until you’re ready to cook. The longer the better.

  2. Fire up your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. When the grill is hot, place your chicken down and cook for 8-10 minutes per side. Start brushing on Rufus Teague Honey Sweet BBQ Sauce and cook until internal temp is 71˚C.

  4. When the chicken is ready, remove it and lay it on a serving plate. Brush with more Rufus Honey Sweet BBQ Sauce and serve with additional sides.
